Delete a Wordic Cube account

Request deletion — no app installation needed

Email us from the Google email you use to sign in to Wordic Cube. Include your public player name and ask to delete your Wordic Cube account and associated records. If you cannot access that email, contact us to discuss another way to verify ownership. We never verify ownership from a player name alone.

No email app opens? Send your request to zippster@zippsterstudios.com with the subject “Wordic Cube account and data deletion request”. Opening this page or your email app does not submit a request.

What happens next

We verify that the account belongs to you, confirm the scope and respond with the next steps. This is a support-assisted request, not instant deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any legally permitted delay or required retention. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details. Sign out of Wordic Cube while your request is processed; signing in again after deletion may create a new game profile.

Data covered by your request

Your Wordic Cube public name, game-specific identity link, online profile, Daily attempts and results, leaderboard entries, and associated ranked records are covered. Where a match also involves another player, their results are preserved without keeping your identifiable profile. We also review earlier Unity-hosted Wordic records if you used an older test version.

Separate data and limited retention

This request does not delete your Google account, shared studio sign-in identity, or other games’ data. Tell us explicitly if you also want to discuss deletion of the shared sign-in identity. Coins, cosmetics, settings and offline records stored on your device are separate: clear Wordic Cube’s app storage in your device settings to remove them. Uninstalling alone does not delete online records.

Security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained only when necessary; we will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Restricted backups may remain until their normal expiry and are not used to restore a deleted profile to active service. We handle relevant service-provider deletion requests where we can identify the records; Google and Unity also provide their own privacy controls. Your support email is used to verify and process your request.
